Amy Brinkman, MA, MHP, LAADC, CADCII 

Amy received her Masters in Public Health/Health Education in 1993 from San Jose State University. Amy has provided counseling, program development, and mangement in substance abuse treament and prevention since 1985, and with SCVHHS DADS and its contractors in Santa Clara County for 17 years. She currently works with Family Children Services in San Jose, working with criminal justice clients and clients who are trauma survivors. She is a certified Olweus Bullying Prevention Program trainer, and has been the Director of Community Consulting and Counseling since 2005.

Jeremy Orcutt, LAADC, CADCII

Jeremy Orcutt, LAADC, CADCII is currently the program Director for Family & Children's Substance Abuse Services in San Jose, CA. Jeremy has been in the field for over 12 years. He has served as Clinical Supervisor for 5 of those years in both residential and outpatient settings. Jeremy has worked in both public and private sectors.

Mary Crocker Cook, D.Min., LMFT, LAADC, CADCII

Mary Crocker Cook has over 20 years experience providing counseling to addicts and their families through Connections Counseling Associates in San Jose, CA. She is the developer and coordinator of the San Jose City College Alcohol and Drug Studies program and is an adjunct Instructor with JFK University.  She is the author of Awakening Hope. ​Chris Barley, LAADC, CADCII

Chris Barley CADC II has been providing SUD’s client care in Santa Clara County at inpatient and outpatient facilities since 1999. Ten years as a certified counselor and five in managerial/ administrative functions.  He currently supervises nine counselors at Family and Children Services of Silicon Valley.

 

Shawn Smith, MFTI, LAADC, CADCII

Shawn Smith, MA, CADCII, MFTI has been working with clients who struggle with substance abuse disorders since 2002. He obtained his CADC in 2004 and went on to pursue a masters degree in Counseling Psychology and graduated from John F Kennedy University in 2012. Shawn has worked both in the public and private sectors and in both mental health and substance abuse treatment programs. Shawn Smith is currently the Clinical Director for The Camp Recovery Center in Scotts Valley, CA.
